21 Day Program
The 21 day program is an excellent option for dogs that have no training, some training, or advanced training and want to dial in on a couple of specific skills with their dog. This option would include basics as outlined below plus two focus skills that would be worked to proficiency. Focus skills can include but are not limited to;
- Leash Manners (Loose Leash Walking)
- Heel
- Sit on cue
- Down on cue
- Sit-Stay
- Down-Stay
- Basic Recall
- Leave It
- Focus/Look/Eyes On Me
- Go To Bed/Place/Park It
...and many others!
This program can also be adapted to service dogs in training. For SDiTs this program would include one focus skill and public access training in non-pet friendly establishments.

30 Day Program

21 Day Program
The 30 day program is perfect for dogs that need a bit more time getting dialed in on their training, but can also suit dogs with some or no training as well. I recommend this program if you're having trouble with your dog's intensity, building and maintaining a routine, or are having issues with regression. This program allows time for us to develop, proof, and maintain a routine more effectively, leading to well established and relaxed dogs. This program includes four focus skills as listed in the 21 Day Program.
This program can also be adapted to service dogs in training and the additional time allows for a few options;
- Two focus skills and public access training in non-pet friendly establishments, or
- One task to proficiency and public access training in non-pet friendly establishments, or
- One task to proficiency and one focus skill with standard leash practice and socialization.
A task is defined as a trained skill that mitigates their handler's disability; this can include retrievals, scent based alerts, and behavioral interruptions. Task that will be trained will be established at time of drop off and prior or continued training may be needed.

Our Board and Train Program is boot camp for your dog!
The Board and Train Program is a great way to develop your dog's skills in a professional training environment with a professional trainer at the helm of their progress! This program is best for dogs that struggle with excitement, anxiety, basic obedience hurdles, confidence issues, or just need a jumpstart in their training. Each Board and Train Program is tailored to the individual dog and skill goals established at the time of drop-off. Each Program will have 2-4 focus skills, as outlined above, and will also include some general concepts and elements to be proofed over the course of their stay with Frankie Berger Dog Training!
Elements and concepts that are included in each Board and Train can include but are not limited to:
- E-collar (Mini Educator by Ecollar Technologies, Inc) training
- Off leash recall reliability
- Crowd confidence
- Cafe Manners
- Cooperative play with handler
- General house manners
- Use of many different reward styles to ensure training is always valuable
- Positive dog and human socialization
- Transfer session at the completion of Board and Train Program to transfer learned skills from the trainer to the owner
Eager human parents can expect to receive one daily update at minimum, with in depth weekly trainer notes delivered both in written and video format!
To guarantee your scheduled board and train dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking. If rescheduling is necessary, deposit will go towards future board and train if scheduled within 14 days prior to drop off day.
At this time only one board and train client dog will be booked at a time, so 100% of the focus can be dedicated to your dog's success in their skill goals!
